1. Of all things, the steakhouse in the Intercontinental Hotel. My favourite.
2. There's a place overlooking a rice field in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia where we had a wonderful dinner. We watched a traditional dance after dinner with 200 dancers, musicians and chanters. The night air was quiet, fragrant and warm. Dinner was great with 6 different courses. Thanks for asking! .
