Which beach is the best in Bali? Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Ubud etc?

  1. You clearly haven't read up on Bali if you think Ubud is a beach - it's right in the middle of the island, surrounded by picturesque paddy fields and forest. If you go to Kuta, Poppies is a lovely place to stay (and has a great restaurant too) but it depends on what sort of place you are looking for.

Well, i think seminyak is a great place to go, besides there is a lot of good hotels with a good rates and there also have a lot of food cafe with a good price and it's only 5 minutes walk to the beach, but be careful, if you use the phone or the internet in there, they often charge your payment become twice or even more.   4. I believe - it will take for awhile to list a best choice Hotels with reasonable rates and good locations around Bali. In Kuta: On the comfortable and inexpensive range, you can find hotels like the charming Aneka Beach Bungalows , Bali Bungalow, Wina Hotel, Bali Sani Padma or Restu Bali Hotel with its cottages or Yulia Beach Inn, in the heart of Kuta that advertises rates from as low as US$ 21 per night. In Sanur: On the comfortable and moderate range, you can find hotels like the charming Laghawa Beach Inn, and Shanti Village Beach Hotel. Their rates vary from US$ 30 to US$ 75 a night. In Nusa Dua: In this locations - quite difficult not to find 5 stars hotels/resorts. All over Nusa Dual, full of luxury hotels/resorts. Luxury resorts are the norm in Nusa Dua; The Grand Mirage Hotel, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, Club Mediterranee, Melia Bali Sol, and the Bali Hilton International are some of them. In Ubud (only mountain view and rice field - mostly) Hotel Bunga Permai, it's a good choice with reasonable price. Rate from US$ 28/night. Succes!
  5. Hi, Whenever I go to bali I stay in Seminyak / Legian. I like the Kumala Pantai, www.kumalapantai.com It is by the beach, clean, quiet and not far from the main hangouts of Legian / Seminyak and 15 minutes taxi rom kuta beach. A regular room, with either 1 or 2 beds, bathroom, TV, Fridge and balcony did cost around 32 euro last october. That is with buffet breakfast. One advise would be to book your first night somewhere and then browse around, get some discounts and you favorite location. Especially if you're going off season
  6. Hi, can't remeber exactly the hotel name, something to do with flower, either the white rose or white lotus, not sure. Probably if you know an Indonesian local, you can get the hotel cheaper, by buying the vouchers from travel agency, but need to have an Indonesian ID to check in to the hotel to get the cheap rate. Beaches, are all nice. If you like downtown, will be the Kuta beach. Stay in Kuta area or Legian, which is near the Kuta Beach. There is some hotels that I know, walking distance to the beach, called Kuta Samudra Hotel, maybe not cheap, and off course Hard Rock Cafe Hotel, right across from the beach. Nusa Dua, is not as crowded as Kuta. The beach are much nicer, and very clean.
